Terms of Service
Please read everything before commissioning me
Terms of Service1. I will accept applications that I believe are within my ability and skill set.2. Applications require a .PNG or .PSD file attached in order for assessment.3. After initial contact and some discussion, a thorough review of the .PSD file will be needed in order to provide an accurate quote for commission.4. You as the client are able to decline or accept the proposed quote, ask questions regarding the quote, or discuss any other concerns.5. Applications filled incorrectly will be declined. Please make sure to review before submission.6. Commissions take 2-3 weeks for completion, or completed for a defined date.7. A payment of 50% of the total cost will be required before the work begins. The remaining 50% of the total cost will be required once the quality of the rig is accepted by the client.8. Commissions will appear on the waitlist after the initial 50% is paid.9. Payment will only be accepted through PayPal Invoicing.10. Once the commission work has begun, there will be no refunds on initial payment.11. If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be given to the client.12. I have only produced models for VTube Studio and cannot provide additional support for programs outside of VTube Studio.13. Any amount of large revisions may be made within 1 month after delivery. Smaller revisions after 1 month are available.14. Upon delivery of the commission, you will be provided with the runtime file required to use your model. You will not receive the Live2D Source file.15. Credit can be given to @YoonaBoona (I am papa :D)16. By submitting an application, you adhere to the terms of service.
